Job Description

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a successful multi-site organisation to assist in their search for an experienced field based IT Support Analyst.

This is a large multi-site operation, with IT support provided from a centralised service hub at the Liverpool site. Working as part of a team the IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT Systems, infrastructure and applications.

Primarily focused on Windows servers (Active Directory management) and operating systems and working to the ITIL framework, you will monitor, manage and solve logged issues. Additional elements of the role will include, hardware builds, software installations, patch management, Laptop and PC Imaging and project work.

To be suitable for this role you will have prior experience working as a field service engineer or as an IT support analyst within a multi-site environment and will have already provided commercial 1st and 2nd line support. You will have excellent client facing and communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

The field-based engineer will provide support to sites based in Mold, Stalybridge, Chesterfield and Liverpool, therefore, applicants will need to hold a full driving licence and be prepared to stay away from home.
