A well-established professional services firm has approached The Ashdown Group to assist in their search for a highly skilled and personable IT Support Engineer. Working within a technologically advanced IT department, reporting into the IT Manager, you will work collaboratively with 4 others to ensure the firm's multi-faceted IT function remains in-check with little to no downtime.

Our client wants to add a passionate IT Support Analyst to its growing team, providing user facing and remote support to circa 250 employees in a 1st/2nd line capacity. You will play a key role in the maintenance, ongoing support and enhancement of the organisation's IT department. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a similar capacity, supporting users in a 1st/2nd line capacity. You should have a methodical and logical approach in all that you do, as well as being highly capable supporting a Windows environment. You will be responsible for supporting and administering, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows OS 7/10 as well as completing some basic Windows server administration.
