Job Description

A well-established consumer services business is looking to recruit a confident and diligent IT Support Analyst to join their growing team.

As this is a new requirement for our client, through growth, and they are a small/growing business the role will be varied in nature and truly generalist. Working within this small but busy IT function, you will be expected to support the department in any way necessary, ensuring the infrastructure and hardware our client operates on runs seamlessly with little to no downtime. Some of your typical duties will include: Providing 1st/2nd line user support to internal colleagues, basic server administration/maintenance, managing users in Active Directory, supporting Office 365 as well as being involved in numerous IT related projects.

In order to be suitable for this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have experience working in a similar capacity, providing first class IT Support and you should be highly proficient working within a Windows Environment. In addition to this, our client is hoping candidates will have basic Windows Server knowledge. Any experience with AWS or Office 365 would be beneficial to your application, but not considered a prerequisite.
