Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for hardware as well as software support of the entire IT infrastructure setup, including 1st and 2nd line support for clients. You will also be required to go off-site to visit various clients and assist them in supporting Windows environments with Active Directory, Exchange and Group Policy as well as helping with the networking of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP and Microsoft Office 365.
