Job Description

The Ashdown Group have been approached by a dynamic, leading and world-renowned media company who are in urgent need of an IT Support Analyst to join their innovative, personable and motivated team in Chiswick, as they are going through continued internal growth and development.

For this particular role, the support level is primarily first and second line, using core technologies: Mac, AV/VC, Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 and Exchange. Please note: you must be confident in using and supporting both Mac and Windows servers and handling/setting up AV/VC equipment as this is a large scale media company.

In this position, you will be working as a member of a small front-line IT team, responsible for both hardware and software support of the company's overall IT infrastructure. This particular role may also see you working on a multitude of projects, assisting in hardware and software upgrades as well as roll-outs and migrations.

In order to be considered for this exceptional and incredible opportunity, it is essential that you have had previous first and second line experience in a commercial environment, whilst also working with the following technologies:

Macs (and their associated software)
AV/VC equipment
Windows Servers
Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
Windows 10
Antivirus software, backup solutions and firewalls
Supporting PC's, laptops and printers

Our client will match your skills with a salary of up to £27,000 plus benefits, dependant on your past experience and current technical skill set.
