Job Description

Desktop Support Analyst - £27,000 - Tottenham Court Road. A leading international media company has presented an exquisite and exciting opportunity within their IT department whilst going through continued internal growth and expansion.

The role is 1st and 2nd line support level using core technologies: Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 as well as Exchange. It is also required that you are able to use secondary technologies Mac, AV and VC.

This is an urgent requirement to provide 1st and 2nd line support to our client's central London office, whilst working as part of a 5 person team being responsible for both hardware and software support of the company's IT infrastructure.

To be considered for this position you must have knowledge and experience in the following:

Prior 1st and 2nd line support experience
Windows Servers
Active Directory
Exchange Server and Office 365
Windows 10
Antivirus software, backup solutions and firewalls
Support PC's, laptops and printers

For this position, it will be highly beneficial for you to have further skills and experience with Mac OSx, storage, VoIP or AV/VC equipment. This role could also see you working on numerous projects including: hardware and software updates, roll-outs and migrations.
