Job Description

Desktop Support Analyst - £27,000 - Tottenham Court Road. 1st and 2nd line support level using core technologies: Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 and Exchange. It is also required that you are able to use secondary technologies: Mac, AV and VC.

A leading international media company has presented an exquisite opportunity within their IT department whilst going through continued growth and expansion. They have an urgent requirement for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support to their central London office.

In this role, you will be working as part of a 5 person team, whilst being responsible for both hardware and software support of the company's IT infrastructure.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have prior 1st and 2nd line support working with the following technologies:

Windows Servers
Active Directory
Exchange Server and Office 365
Windows 10
Antivirus software, backup solutions and firewalls
Support PC's, laptops and printers

Further skills and experience with Mac OSx, storage, VoIP or AV equipment would also be highly beneficial for this position. This role could also see you working on numerous projects including: hardware and software upgrades, rollouts and migrations.
