Job Description

Join an iconic design firm in central London enjoying an enviable river front location as a 1st/2nd line IT support analyst.
Forming part of a high performing IT team, you will support circa 200 users in a multi-site environment, which is predominantly Windows, but also some MAC's too.

Ideally you will have experience working in a professional architecture, design environment or perhaps some retail design businesses. Any knowledge of MAC OS is useful but not essential.
What is essential is experience within a similar 1st and 2nd line IT Support role and a good customer centric approach to your work, whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for IT.

Day to day you will:
Trouble shoot across Windows desktops and server platforms and Office 365
Use Active Directory - some Group Policy experience would be useful.
Install software and configure the applications
Assist with upkeep of asset management
Help with IT inductions for new users
VoIP support
IPhone / iPad support / printer support such as setting up, deployment, maintenance
Support users both on-site and remote working
