IT Support Analyst - 1st Line Support - SW London
Clapham - Windows environment

A well established and highly regarded business based in SW London (Clapham) are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join their experienced IT team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 months experience in a similar 1st/2nd Line Support position and will ideally have had some exposure to Office 365.

Working to support circa 1000 users across two main sites in SW London you will provide technical support in a timely and professional manor; ensuring issues are communicated clearly and the network environment remains secure and operational.

The ideal candidate will have had exposure to supporting the following technologies:

Installing and configuring hardware; PC's, laptops, printers
Windows 10
Office 2016/365
Active Directory

You will be motivated and driven with a real passion for technology. You will be working for a business that really values its people and will enjoy working as part of a close knit and friendly team.

To be suitable, you will have worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician, IT Support Analyst, 1st Line Support Engineer or within a similar role previously.

The salary on offer for this role is £20,000- £24,000 depending on experience.
