Job Description

An established software house specialising in online platforms and back office systems, is enjoying continued growth in recent years, since joining forces with a large multi-national group. They can offer the successful candidate a friendly, professional and dynamic environment, combined with excellent career progression and ongoing success.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the team, acting as the point of contact for all service desk requests. You will be supporting their bespoke SAAS platform and hosting infrastructure, dealing with 1st/2nd line issues and escalating cases when necessary.

Within this role you will be expected to provide a high level of support to the customers, aiming to exceed expectations and therefore you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and work independently.

To be considered for this role you must;
- Be a technically minded individual with previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft based technology.
- The ability to demonstrate both technical and non technical problem solving skills.
- A desire for continuous development in your IT career.

Although not essential for this role, any candidate with programming skills such as; C#, Web, SQL, would be considered highly advantageous, as would someone with any Windows server experience.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
