This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic IT technician to take a newly created 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst position within a well-established consultancy. Based in Slough you will be working in an IT team of 3 providing telephone, remote & deskside support to circa 200 users.

To be considered for this position you must have some experience in an IT support role. You will be an outgoing and confident individual who enjoys dealing with users.

Your IT support experience will include:
- Windows 10
- Office365 / Office 2010 / Office 2013
- Basic Active Directory (User Admin)
- Weekly backup tapes
- Building PC's
- Installing & configuring PC's, printers & VoIP

In addition to providing IT support you will also be responsible for logging all IT faults & requests, inventory management, equipment provisioning, end of day reporting, setting up & managing meeting rooms, and liaising with 3rd party vendors.

In return for hard work and dedication my client is offering a starting salary of between £20,000 to £24,000 depending on skills & experience. If you have previous experience in IT support, ideally on a service desk, and are looking for a new challenge please send me your CV immediately.
