Job Description

My client is a well-established and industry leading international organisation. They have a newly created position for a 1st Line / 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst to take an instrumental position within the growing IT department. Reporting into the Service Desk Manager and working alongside 2 other experienced Service Desk Analyst you will receive full training and continued career development opportunities.

As a 1st line and/or 2nd line IT Helpdesk Analyst you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote and email support across a wide variety of software and applications.

Experience with any of the following will be highly beneficial:
- Call-logging and remote access tools
- MS Office & MS Outlook
- Windows 7 & Windows 8, Windows 10
- Active Directory

Any further experience with Windows Server, MS Exchange Server and/or Citrix XenApp will be highly desirable but NOT essential as full training will be provided.

Based in Glasgow my client is within walking distance of Charing Cross train station and Anderston train station. They can offer a fun and challenging work environment and the chance to work with new technologies and on exciting projects. They will match your skill set with a salary of between £18,000 to £23,000.
