This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd line Service Desk Analyst to join a customer focused support team providing telephone & remote IT support. My client is an IT managed service provider in the High Wycombe area going through continued growth and expansion and have a urgent newly created role for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.

To be considered for this position you will be an outgoing and friendly individual with the confidence to deal directly with external customers.

As an experienced IT helpdesk analyst you will have some previous experience with:
- Windows 7, Windows 8 &/or Windows 10
- MS Office & Outlook / Office365
- Active Directory
- Windows Server 2012 &/or Windows Server 2016
- Antivirus, backup solutions & firewalls
- PC hardware, laptops, printers and wifi connections

Any experience within an ITIL environment or an ITIL qualification would be highly beneficial but NOT essential. This roll will be 75% service desk based with occasional client site visits to work on projects and provide onsite support.
