A highly successful company who are part of a global group are looking for a proactive and organised Invoicing Coordinator to join their West London office on an estimated 3 month contract basis (with a strong possibility of being extended or going permanent).

Working as part of a small close knit finance team, you will act as the first point of contact for all invoice and billing queries from both internal departments and external clients.

You will speak to engineers to ensure that all submitted workforce timesheets and equipment hires are accurate and where applicable make any corrections or changes.

Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential, as there will be a strong customer focus to the role.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role with knowledge of all or most of the following:

* Speaking to technicians and engineers to gather timesheets
* Collating and converting timesheets into client invoices
* Processing equipment hire invoices and paperwork
* Handling client queries regarding equipment hires and worker invoices
* Following up with technicians and engineers to chase documents
* Liaising with internal customers i.e. Project Managers, Engineers and Sales
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Excellent communication - both written and verbal
