A leading charity employing thousands of people and operating globally and looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join them on an initial 12 month FTC.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner and will be comfortable managing a small team. This is a generalist HR role, looking after the full employee lifecycle for a client group of circa 200.
Key responsibilities will include:
Support and guide the HR team in all areas of HR including compensation and benefits, ER, recruitment, induction, training and development
Provide an efficient HR service to employees mainly consisting of corporate functions
Act as a dedicated Business Partner for Head of Departments and Middle Managers
Line management of the HR Officer and Recruitment Lead
Project work; change management programme and changes to HR processes
To be suitable, you will have previously worked in a similar HR Manager or HR BP role.
Essential skills required:
Line management or supervisory experience
Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
The salary on offer for this role is up to £41,500 plus great benefits including 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
