Interim HR Business Partner - Tunbridge Wells

A highly successful and well established business based in the Tunbridge Wells are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working within the wider HR team, you will focus on the delivery of a change management project and will support organisational change. To be suitable for this role, you will have had experience across redundancy processes, consultation and change management.

You will work closely with the Head of HR to deliver the change management process; leading on the implementation of processes to achieve the change required. You will support and advise line managers, design job roles to support the business transformation and develop new policies and procedures. You will support line managers across employee relations issues and will manage redundancy processes; conducting formal consultation meetings.

The ideal candidate will be a HR General and will be CIPD qualified. You will have demonstrable experience across change management programmes and will have an up to date knowledge of UK employment law.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £38,000 plus benefits.
