Job Description

A successful, UK based technology business, enjoying continued growth, are now seeking a Business Development Manager or Inside Sales Executive, to join their energetic, friendly and high performing sales team.

Situated in their newly fitted, modern office in Clevedon, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales primarily being responsible for developing new business from quality researched contact data and leads. As this is a phone based role, you must be a great relationship builder with fantastic communication skills and the ability to negotiate.

Additionally, you must be commercially focused with demonstrable knowledge of technical sales or telecommunications services, so you are able to explain the technology in an engaging way. You need to have the ability to understand the customers needs to then recommend the best fit for their business.

This is a fast growing area of the business, with extensive planned growth in the team to meet demand. This means for the right enthusiastic and driven individuals, there is plenty of opportunity for progression after short proven periods, both in the business and across the wider group.

The successful candidate will:
-Have previous B2B sales experience with proven success.
-Have a background in telecommunications, ISP would be advantageous.
-Be enthusiastic and motivated to over-achieve targets.
