Job Description

A very well established sport and leisure park situated in the heart of a beautiful and picturesque estate, is now seeking an HR Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Executive Director and Group Director of HR, you will play an integral role within the Senior Management team to help drive performance and service through people related solutions, supporting the operational and commercial needs of the business.

You will be responsible for leading HR initiatives regarding recruitment, training, recognition, employee welfare and also employee engagement. In addition, delivering all compliance in HR processes, monitoring and acting on the performance of the business within these disciplines.

To be considered for this role you must;
-Be level 7 qualified or have equivalent experience.
-Have previously worked in a similar position in a fast paced hospitality or leisure environment.
-Possess the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and managers on a range of complex HR matters.
-Have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

This position would be great for an HR Generalist who is experienced working in hotels or alternatively a candidate that is currently working as an HR Advisor within the hotel industry and looking to take the next step in their career.
