A highly successful, global business are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Based in Enfield, that business operates a shared services environment and you will be responsible for the delivery of the HR strategy across multiple sites. Leading the HR and payroll function for this market leading organisation you will ensure an effective HR service is delivered.
This is a generalist HR role and key responsibilities will include:
Support and lead the HR team that oversee the full employee lifecycle; providing advice and guidance when required
Coach and mentor senior manager and employees
Managing all ER issues that arise at a senior and executive level
Act as a point of escalation for any grievance, performance management and absence cases
Oversee compensation and reward activities
Oversee the payroll function and team
Ensure all training and development is fit for purpose
Document and continuously review HR policies and procedures
Operate as part of the wider European senior leadership team

The ideal candidate will have a business or HR related degree and be working towards additional CIPD qualification. You will have previously worked in a similar HR Manager role within a similar sized business (circa 250 employees).
The salary on offer for this role is up to £55,000 pro rata.
