Job Description

A growing but well-established business is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join its rapidly expanding team on a full-time basis.

Working as a standalone HR professional you will provide a full HR service to the business, supporting circa 80 colleagues. As the company are in relatively early stages you will be expected to enhance and develop their HR function to support a growing business' needs. This is a truly generalist role, covering the full gamut of responsibilities from employee relations to HR administration. Other typical duties will include but aren't limited to: Recruitment, on-boarding new starters, grievances, and performance management.

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you should have experience working in a similar sized environment (circa 30 to 300 employees). Any candidates that have had experience working in a fast paced, start-up environment would be highly suitable. Further to this, a CIPD accreditation would be advantageous to your application but is not a prerequisite.
