A rapidly growing architecture business, based in central London is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this person should be excited by the challenge of working in an all-encompassing role and will be keen to add their expertise during a period of rapid growth.
The core responsibilities of this excellent opportunity will include;
* Providing advice and guidance on ER related issues
* Supporting the senior leadership team through a cultural change programme and staff engagement activities
* Assisting with the production of internal company policies and procedures
* Advising and guiding line managers across all areas
* Providing support on performance based issues
* Managing the end to end recruitment process
* Putting together training days/events
* Managing new starter and leaver administration
The ideal candidate will have a generalist HR background and will be comfortable in both a hands on operational role as well as working at a more strategic level. In addition, any experience gained within a creative environment and assisting during a period of growth, would be considered highly advantageous. Although not essential, a CIPD qualification would also be highly favourable.
The business offer agile working and a flexible approach, so will consider candidates looking to take on the role at 30 - 37.5 hours a week. The salary on offer is between; £35,000 - £40,000; depending on the experience you bring to the role and offer a host of other benefits, such as 10% bonus, pension, season ticket loan, regular training and appraisals, private medical amongst others.
