Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Director to join a market leading, international business with offices in over 20 countries and over 400 employees. Please note - this role will be working within a predominantly sales driven organisation and as such suitable candidates MUST have gained Generalist HR experience at a senior level within a similar environment. The ideal candidate will have worked as a HR Director within a multi-site or international organisation and will be confident liaising with senior stakeholders up to and including Director level.

As the HR Director you will be managing a team of four to lead the Human Resources strategy and best practice to support a high performance and engaged company culture that meets the needs of this rapidly expanding organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will work at both a strategic and operational level to deliver across recruitment, employee relations and engagement, training, talent management, succession planning, compensation and benefits as well as policy development and implementation. 

To be suitable for this HR Director role you will have gained solid demonstrable experience across the following areas:

Generalist HR experience within a high performance, sales driven organisation i.e. recruitment agency, estate agency etc
Strong background in Employee Relations; formal procedures, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes; handling and leading dismissals 
Coaching and advising line managers
Up to date knowledge of employment law
Line management experience

The ideal candidate will have operated at senior level within a similar sales focused business. You will be CIPD qualified and will have operated across a range of HR projects. You will enjoy managing and motivating a small but dedicated team and will work to uphold company values; preserving the culture of the business to inspire leadership and achievement.
