Permanent, full time role offering the ability to work from home twice per week
A highly successful and ambitious business based in Watford are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. Managing a team of two and supporting a client group of circa 100 you will deliver the front line HR function to provide a commercially focused and efficient HR partnering service to the organisation.
Key responsibilities of this HR BP role will include:
Managing a team of two direct reports to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Provide practical advice and guidance to management team
Lead on HR related projects; change and restructure etc
Support and deliver employee engagement activities
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and legislatively compliant
Manage the HR budget and spend
Ensure the delivery of a fit for purpose recruitment strategy
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner role previously. You will have managed a team previously and have up to date knowledge of UK employment law; additional CIPD qualifications would be deemed advantageous although not essential.
