Job Description

A highly successful, global business operating within the financial services industry sector are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their team.

Please note - this role is initially a 6 month FTC and candidates should be available within one weeks' notice.

This role will involve supporting a dedicated IT client group through the delivery of a new OD Plan so previous experience across TUPE, redundancy and restructure is essential. You will work with the CIO and senior management team eliminate risk and deliver the plan as effectively as possible.

Our client is looking for a bright and experienced HR Generalist that is able to provide full operational and strategic HR support; developing relationships and influencing senior stakeholders accordingly. Key responsibilities will include:

Support the Lead HR BP with the achievement of overall business objectives; identifying HR improvements where possible
Partner with IT client group to set the people plan agenda and working with the management team to deliver
Strategic development of HR initiatives
Management of complex ER cases; providing guidance and support as well as coaching managers on procedures

The ideal candidate will have gained solid HR experience both at an operational and strategic level in a commercial environment. You will have proven ability to resolve complex HR issues and have a generalist background encompassing resourcing, reward, learning and development, talent etc. You will also have significant experience across a variety of change management projects.

This role is full of opportunities to use your expertise to create change in a fast paced corporate environment. High on the agenda of the successful applicant will be delivering a people plan with the IT function: designing it in partnership with the business and taking them on the implementation journey.

The salary on offer for this HR Business Partner (6 month FTC) role is £75,000 pro rata.
