HR Assistant / Administrator - Windsor, Berkshire.

A global and reputable company in the entertainment industry is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join its in-house HR team.

Working within a fast paced environment, this role will be responsible for a range of HR administrative duties within the overall HR function including:
- Recruitment administration (full lifecycle)
- Organising training and probation reviews for new starters
- Managing the background checking process for new hires (including immigration checks)
- Administration of leavers / new starters
- Creating and regularly maintaining personnel files
- Liaising with finance department regarding invoices
- Training administration (including booking of rooms, managing delegate lists and sending out correspondence)
- Supporting performance reviews and appraisals by collecting feedback and highlighting training requirements
- Adding company vacancies to intranet
- Absence management

To be considered suitable for this HR Assistant role you MUST have the following skills/experience:
- Previous HR administration experience, ideally within a company in an industry such as entertainment, video games, media, music or movie.
- Supporting the recruitment process (end to end) including on-boarding and performance management
- Administration for training courses & programmes
- HRIS knowledge
- Absence monitoring
- Benefits administration
- An outgoing personality with the ability to multitask and be highly organised

The ideal candidate will also be CIPD qualified however this is not essential.
