A well respected and established professional membership organisation is seeking an experienced HR Assistant contractor with great communication skills to join them for an initial 3 month contract.

Working as part of a team of 5 you will provide HR support to all levels of the business and work as part of a high performing, professional team. The role is varied and involves work across the following areas:

Recruitment - liaising and negotiating with agencies, attending interviews, provide recruitment advice to managers, helping with associated admin, such as offer letters, induction packs etc.
Learning & Development Admin - Work alongside the L&D Advisor to help organise and administrate training courses and take part in CPD and training needs analysis to ensure as a business training objectives are being met
Payroll and Ad Hoc HR Admin - ensure monthly payroll is sent out for processing, starter and leaver administration, maintain accurate records of the HR database, take minutes for team meetings.
HR Projects - As required assist the HR team with any HR projects currently running.

Although an initial 3 month contract, there may also be the potential to extend the contract. The hourly rate is £14.50.
To secure the role, you should be a good communicator with some commercial experience gained within a similar HR role.
