An International Technology Company based near Crawley is seeking an organised Administrator to join their HR team. The successful candidate will assist with the smooth day to day running of a busy HR department by providing comprehensive administrative support for the HR function.

The role remit includes providing general telephone cover and reception support when needed along with the below:

*Ensure all employee database records are accurate and up to date
*Coordinate recruitment process and scheduling of technical tests
*Support the delivery of company inductions for new starters
*Assist with L&D admin inc. book courses, record appraisals and training
*Update organisation charts
*Extract reports from the HR system
*Assist with gathering and recording payroll information

To succeed in this role you require excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal English, a flexible approach and friendly, professional outlook. You will be dealing with sensitive and confidential employee information so discretion is paramount.

A high degree of IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential as you will work with these systems daily.

This is a permanent position with a salary range on offer of £19-25,000 per annum. The client is able to consider entry level candidates with strong A levels who are keen to move into permanent employment within an office environment as well as candidates who may have already gained more substantial administration experience.
