Based in a central Kingston office, the successful candidate will assist with the smooth day to day running of a busy HR department by providing comprehensive administrative support.

You will ensure that all records are accurate and up to date and chase outstanding information and unsigned documentation.

Both online and paper based filing and staying on top of general correspondence will be a key part of your remit.

You will update and maintain the HRIS system with various HR and Personnel information; excellent attention to detail is essential as is the ability to keep all information strictly confidential.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong administration background
* Experience maintaining accurate database records
* High degree of IT literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)

There will be other ad hoc administration duties that could include drafting or sending correspondence, booking meeting rooms or sending out starter packs.
