Job Description

 A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an accomplished HR Administrator to join its professional team.

Working in this varied role, you will report into senior management and will be the sole HR representative internally. You will be expected to handle the recruitment process end to end, carry out administrative duties and support the leadership team in any way necessary. Some of your typical duties will include: establishing relationships with recruitment agencies, scheduling and diarising interviews, leading the on-boarding process, preparing contracts and offer letters, as well as keeping the HR database up-to-date. Additionally, you will also be expected to assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties.

In order to suitable for this role you must have experience working in a similar role, carrying out basic HR duties whilst supporting a business from an administrative perspective. It is expected that you will be a concise communicator both written and verbally, holding the ability to communicate at all levels. For any high level HR assistance, you will be expected to liaise with a 3rd party company. Any HR specific qualifications would be highly advantageous to your application, but are not considered essential.
