HR Administrator/HR Coordinator - Kingston Upon Thames - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - up to £30,000

A highly prestigious and internationally renowned travel business, is looking to add an experienced HR Administrator/HR Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract, to support the business and deliver hands on support to the wider HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build on their experience and take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will take on responsibility for providing advice and guidance to managers on a variety of ER cases.

The fundamental purpose of the position will be to support across a range of core areas including;

Reviewing and issuing HR related paperwork
Recording and monitoring overtime, holiday bookings, absences and raising any concerns where appropriate
Managing the employee review processes, ensuring that they are delivered on time and preparing the relevant paperwork and constructing training plans
Supporting with processes such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
Setting up inductions for new starters
Supporting managers in evaluating training needs, making suggestions for improvements and putting together on going training plans
