A market leading global financial services business based near to Bank are looking for a bright and outgoing HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast paced environment with an experienced team that you can learn and develop from.

Key responsibilities of this HR Administrator role include:

Provide a first point of contact for all employee queries
Ensure the maintenance of employee records
Recruitment administration; organising and running assessment centres, preparing offer letters and contracts
New starter and leaver administration
Assisting the absence management process

The ideal candidate will be motivated, eager to learn with strong attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and will be happy to liaise with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

The salary on offer for this 12 month FTC is £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
