Helpdesk Support Analyst - Desktop Support Analyst - Central London

As part of a global team - you will provide first line support and user support at the deskside in a Windows 10 and Office 365 environment of just under 50 users.

It is ESSENTIAL that you have an IT related degree to be suitable for this position. This organisation are long established and have 400 employees on a global basis. You will report to the CTO in New York.

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting for workstations and laptops: you will also create, modify and delete accounts in Active Directory - basic Exchange server admin. The role will also require you to keep a day to day inventory of IT equipment and provide printer support.

The organisation is non-profit and carries out important work in communities across the world.
