Job Description

A successful business that has been operating for almost thirty years is looking for a bright and motivated Helpdesk Analyst / Desktop Support Engineer to be part of a small IT team based in the Beeston area, Nottinghamshire (commutable from Leicestershire, Derbyshire and parts of Lincolnshire).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line (both remote and deskside) support for approximately 200 users across multiple sites, covering both hardware and software queries.

In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in a Trainee Helpdesk Analyst, Graduate Service Desk Engineer, Junior Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer or similar role with proven 1st & 2nd line technical support experience. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge including Windows 7 and 8, MS Office and hardware.
