Helpdesk Analyst/Desktop Support Analyst - Kingston upon Thames/Hampton Wick

Working for this 110 person business, you will be part of a four person IT team. A leader in their field, they are seeking someone with ideally helpdesk and desktop support experience who has a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, hardware: printers, PC's and mobile devices.

This is a first line position and is very much seen as a user support position - so great customer service skills are essential. This role provides career progression - and we are seeking someone that is interested in learning as their career progresses. General responsibilities will include helpdesk and remote support, user account creation and deletion, computer security, administering and troubleshooting applications.
