A multi-national technology firm is looking to add a personable and astute Helpdesk Analyst to their IT team, helping to call log and troubleshoot software/hardware issues on a range of bespoke products supplied by our client.

Working within the IT Helpdesk, you will act as the first point of contact for external customers looking to log hardware and software issues on a range of bespoke products manufactured and designed by this growing technology business. Some of your typical duties will include:

*Logging and taking ownership of all inbound cases and escalating to the relevant hardware and software support teams
*Resolving technical issues over the phone wherever possible
*Logging of all incoming calls and emails, utilising the internal CRM where necessary
*Following up with customers, providing feedback and seeing problems through to resolution
*Escalating service issues to the Service Delivery Manager
*Consistently ensuring a first class service is provided to all clients

In order to be suitable for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal coupled with proven experience of working in a similar role, providing basic IT Support. Ideally our client is looking for someone who has experience working with technical products and a keen interest in further developing their IT skillset.
