Job Description

An established business based in the heart of Brekhamsted is looking for a well-rounded and confident 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing team.

Working closely with the IT Director, you will provide a seamless 1st line support service to this business, ensuring all IT related issues are dealt with promptly, or escalated where necessary. Some of your typical duties will include: Managing users in Active Directory (Password resets, creating users), providing 1st/2nd line user support to internal colleagues, supporting Office 365 and liaising with external clients, troubleshooting bespoke applications.

In order to be suitable for this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have prior experience working in a similar position, providing 1st line support. In addition to this you should be proficient within a Windows environment. Our client is hoping candidates will have basic exposure to Windows Server and experience with AWS or Office 365 - all would be highly beneficial to your application but none are considered prerequisites.
