A highly successful, international organisation specialising in market intelligence, information and events is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead a division. Working as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for driving the quality of global events and promoting the brands accordingly.

As the Head of Marketing you will shape the marketing strategy for delivering high quality events worldwide. You will manage a large exhibitions and events marketing team, based in the London office as well as additional teams across Europe, US and Asia to focus on acquisition through a multichannel approach. Key responsibilities for this Head of Marketing role will include:

| Manage marketing managers, and indirectly all event marketing staff and event promotion budgets taking full accountability for all exhibitions and conferences around the world.
| Shape the strategic messaging and positioning to promote a full series of events across a variety of global regions
| Define the working relationship with online teams to manage PPC, SEO, outbound communication channels and social media campaigns
| Planning, developing and implementing all event marketing strategies and communications; working across the full marketing mix including both online and offline marketing campaigns
| Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing events products
| Directing the efforts of the marketing team - ensuring marketing objectives and ROI are achieved by the teams

To be suitable for this Head of Events Marketing role you will have worked in a similar events based role for a global organisation. You will have proven track record of success across various marketing acquisition channels coupled with a quantitative and analytical mind set. You will have experience with metrics and data analysis to drive future campaigns and will have worked across a wide range of high volume, international events.

It is vital you have had both team management and budget management experience as well as the ability to liaise confidently with senior level stakeholders. You will ideally have worked as a Head of Events Marketing, Director of Events Marketing or Senior Events Marketing Manager previously and will possess a strong academic record. It is highly desirable that you have experience in health, wellbeing and nutrition.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation which values each employee's contribution. In return, they provide a competitive salary and generous benefits.
