Job Description

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to be part of a global gaming and betting group heading up their biddable media team. Spanning their various brands, the Head of Biddable Media will monitor and report on the groups biddable media activities and be responsible for campaign delivery, programmatic strategy as well as the up skilling of wider digital teams across the business.

You will be Established in thought-leadership in the programmatic display and video industry, demonstrating that you can deliver results across large scale performance campaigns and collaborating cross-department buying templates and processes.

Ideally you will come with circa 10 years of media/marketing/advertising agency experience, managing a team, with planning expertise across the entire media ecosystem (from digital, social and mobile to TV, OOH and Radio) and pan regional experience, also demonstrating considerable trading experience across open exchange, PMP and buying across all media types (Audio, Video, Display, Native etc.).

In the role you will:
-Identify providers that can be bought programmatically and transition buys across from direct spend where relevant
-Work closely with internal departments, external agencies and technology partners
-Oversee and ensure 1st class campaign activation across all brands in the group.
-Create templates and proven methodologies for optimisation approach for key trading tactics.
-Drive revenue growth through spotting new optimisation opportunities, services or products and delivering excellent results
-Work with reporting tools such as Tableau, Micro strategy, Quickview, DCM floodlight etc.

Demonstrating an understanding of multiple digital media buying platforms, technical tracking expertise (setting up tracking, troubleshooting, Q&A), you will also be superb at analysing numbers and adding a level of deep understating of real underlying performance versus "on the face" numbers.

On a personal level you will be a natural leader, have strong presentation skills and be comfortable in convincing senior member of the group in terms of suggestions derived from key insights. You will be comfortable in terms of the key ad tech stacks and how performance is generally attributed in the digital marketing space.

This global business offer exceptional benefits, a generous 20% bonus and a basic salary of £90,000 - £100,000.
