Creative Designer - up to £26,000 - Sutton Coldfield. The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a reputable global professional services company to assist in the recruitment of an innovative Creative Designer.

This role will be reporting to the Design and Document Services Manager and you will be responsible for the creative workload including; designing, formulating, creating alluring and enticing projects in a professional and creative way, crafting new design solutions as well as redesigning old projects.

It is essential that you keep on trend with new software, working practices and design developments as you will be helping the DDSM to provide briefs that are fulfilled to a high industry standard, whilst also ensuring assist in training and supporting other designers.

To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Working knowledge of HTML, fonts, Exact Target, InCopy and AfterEffects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of print production
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Great leadership skills with the ability to support and mentor team members
Able to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment
