A global technology business, serving retail giants worldwide, is seeking additional Junior Systems Engineers to join their Solutions Team in delivering and supporting complex business system solutions, such as improving asset visibility and productivity in enterprise environments and inventory and supply chain solutions, using leading mobile computing technology, mobile device management, PSS and RFID's.

Reporting on a day to day basis to a Senior Integration Engineer, you will, in the main instance, spend a large part of your week on client sites supporting the go live process of implementations, troubleshooting problems, configuring devices, providing user support and training and helping with installs, mobile computing and enterprise software roll outs and builds.

In this role will learn how to plan and perform major systems integrations and test system hardware and software interoperability as well as beginning to specify complex network (WAN, LAN, WLAN) solutions.

To secure this role, you will be a graduate with a degree in networking or Security, or at the very least a computing degree. You should have some good experience of IT Support and networking and specifically WLAN technology. Experience working with mobile solutions, MDM, networking (WLAN) or RFID technology, would be particularly desirable, but it is not essential. It is necessary to be passionate and driven about learning new technologies and be keen to progress your career in a global technology business.

With this role you will be travelling to client sites across the UK. A typical month may see you on client sites for 2-3 weeks. When you are not at client sites or meetings, you can work remotely, although you will be expected to attend meetings at HQ, from time to time, in the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire area.

The starting salary with this role is £30,000 - £38,000, depending on skills and experience plus 5% bonus and a leased car, with additional generous benefits package.
