WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WILL I WORK WITH?
Working to support some of the largest banks, telecom, military and government organisations, you will be working with technologies such as Checkpoint, Juniper, Bluecoat, Huawei and F5 Load Balancers.
Demonstrating your excellent communication skills and using your technical support knowledge, you will troubleshoot and resolve any technical errors which may arise, providing support to a global client base . As part of the role, you will also routinely test hardware for defects, manage and monitor the network infrastructure by investigating and resolving where possible and build up your cyber security skills.

The role is based out of their NOC centre in Newmarket and requires you to work 12 hour shifts - 4 days on and 4 days off.
