This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding marketing led, billion pound organisation that utilizes cutting edge technology and every media channel. The business is at the forefront of its industry in delivering entertainment to millions of people worldwide every day to their mobiles, tablets and desktops, our customer is shaping the future of digital entertainment.

As a Global CRM Performance Manager, you will spearhead the CRM performance and measurement strategy at both a global and local campaign level across all brands. Experience in managing teams both locally and remotely on a global scale is expected.

The successful CRM Performance Manager will offer demonstrable expertise in CRM implementation distributed across multiple CRM platform and channels. In addition, will be experience in delivering KPIs, insights and analysis to drive CRM investment decisions for international growth.

This is an exciting and senior level appointment within a highly successful industry arena. Gravitas to deliver stand-alone presentations giving insight on commercial challenges, requiring complex analysis using large multi-variable data sets, presenting results and recommendations to a global and senior audience is essential.

Applicants must come from a digital/online/eCommerce background; this can be either agency or client side. You must also be experienced within the dynamics of a global organization and be confident in your ability and leadership style to influence effectively across all levels.

Our global client offers a modern work environment and is positioned within an attractive central London location. The salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 basic depending on experience. There is also a 20% company performance based bonus.

Benefits include private health insurance, private dental, pension plan and season ticket loan. Holidays are 25 days. Contracted working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, although the business offers some flexibility on time and the option of working from home if required.
