A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a hugely successful business specialising in Financial Services and supporting an impressive array of global brands. The business offer a collaborative environment based in striking modern offices.

As Financial Reporting Manager, you will support the department head and Finance Director, whilst managing a team of four Controllers and two junior staff members. This integral role allows the successful candidate the opportunity to deliver performance analysis across the UK arm of the business and support across the wider finance teams and stakeholders and be involved in the larger scope of the business.

This position would welcome a vibrant individual who is a CIMA, ACCA or ACA finalist, the client is also happy to consider a candidate who is newly qualified with previous managerial experience.

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing four direct reports, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the function, this role is highly analytical
Your additional daily duties will include:

- Coordinating and delivering on key reporting and performance analysis.
- Month end reporting and validation completed by your subordinates.
- Reviewing core KPIs of performance against target whilst working alongside Marketing and Sales and recommend business solutions.
- Reviewing and improving the existing processes and tools.
- Supporting the head of department for approval of pricing.
- Managing the reforecasting process to coordinate and ensure resources whilst liaising with the department head and Finance Director.

This impressive opportunity will suit a highly motivated individual with an understanding of Financial Services although this is not essential to securing the position. Instead it is imperative that the successful candidate is a dynamic individual accustomed to financial performance analysis and reporting, with managerial experience and who is highly proficient in Excel.
