A very well established business within the construction industry has approached us to assist them in their search for a hands-on, diligent Finance Manager.
In this role you will be managing a team of 7 Purchase Ledger clerks, ensuring the purchase ledger function operates as efficiently and effectively as it can. Our client is looking for someone who has experience dealing with a fast paced environment and a high volume of invoices. In order to be suitable for this role it is ESSENTIAL you have experience managing an Accounts team and have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's. In addition to this, it is expected that you will be numerate and have a good working knowledge of Excel, coupled with proven leadership skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. Any experience with Agresso accounting software would be high advantageous but is by no means essential.
