Finance Analyst - High Wycombe, South Buckinghamshire - up to £40,000 plus bonus and further impressive benefits package.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a hugely successful, market leading technology business as a Finance Analyst, business partnering the EMEA Sales team. Reporting to the EMEA Business Finance Manager, this integral role allows the successful, commercially focused candidate the opportunity to work closely with the Sales department to deliver on key reporting and analysis of OPEX.

In addition, it will be your responsibility to own the commission accruals process and report on essential expense / revenue ratios to the wider sales department, ensure the delivery of insightful analysis and offer recommendations on how best to achieve and exceed the business strategy. Through a collaborative approach with the EMEA Sales Department, you will also play a leading role in helping prepare and submit the annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast. In addition, you will add value to the wider finance department by managing key processes and suggesting improvements to minimise activities not deemed to be dexterous.

This impressive opportunity would welcome a vibrant and commercially focused individual who is either part or fully qualified with one of the following: CGMA, CIMA, ACCA or ACA finalist.

It is imperative that you are an impeccable communicator and able to convey your results to key stakeholders across the business. Additionally, you will be capable of adopting a highly analytical approach and have previously held a similar role, with experience gained in a large business. Finally, it is essential that you highly skilled utilising Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and, able to carry out pivot tables and VLOOKUP's. Experience with Oracle or Oracle Projects would also be considered advantageous, but not essential.

The starting salary for this role is up to £40,000 dependent on experience. The business also boasts a bonus scheme, 5% pension contribution, 25 days of annual holiday, death in service and private health care.
