Finance Analyst - High Wycombe, South Buckinghamshire - up to £35,000 plus bonus and extensive benefits and training options.

A great opportunity has arisen within a market leading international technology business as a Finance Analyst, business partnering the EMEA Sales team. Reporting to the EMEA Business Finance Manager, this integral role allows the successful, commercially focused candidate the opportunity to work closely with the Sales department to deliver on key reporting and analysis.

It will be your responsibility to:
- Own the commission accruals process and report on essential expense / revenue ratios to the wider sales department,
- Ensure the delivery of insightful analysis and offer recommendations on how best to achieve and exceed the business strategy.
- Reporting and analysis of OPEX

Through a collaborative approach with the EMEA Sales Department, you will also play a leading role in helping prepare and submit the annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast. In addition, you will add value to the wider finance department by managing key processes and suggesting improvements to minimise activities not deemed to be dexterous.

This impressive opportunity would welcome a confident and commercially focused individual, with strong communication skills, adept at conveying their results to key stakeholders across the business. To secure the role, you will have held a similar position previously, ideally within a large environment and will be part qualified, or perhaps even just starting out on your CGMA, CIMA, ACCA or ACA training.

Finally, it is essential that you are highly skilled utilising Microsoft Office programmes including Excel - confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUP's. Experience with Oracle or Oracle Projects would also be considered advantageous, but not essential.

The starting salary for this role is up to £35,000 dependant on experience. The business also boasts a bonus scheme, 5% pension contribution, 25 days of annual holiday, death in service and private health care.
