Job Description

A global market research business is seeking a driven and efficient Field Manager to support the Director of Global Research. They will be working in conjunction with the International project directors and analysts to oversee fieldwork for projects conducted overseas.

Based in Blackfriars, central London, they are looking for someone with field experience, who can think clearly in fast paced sometimes challenging situations and who can almost anticipate problems and begin working on possible solutions, while the project is still underway.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing & briefing field teams on research projects
Ensuring centres hit their daily/weekly recruitment targets
Ensuring high standard of quality control, back checking of quotas/interviews, etc.
Making certain that a location has all the materials (questionnaire, brief, stimuli) for each project
Hiring and training local field managers/assistants as required
Working with external partner field agencies as required
Coordinating field of studies with our research teams
Acting as liaison with Global Field Director for planning/scheduling of jobs

Also you could be required to be available on odd Saturdays to resolve issues at a centre.

The person to successfully secure this role will be a dynamic and driven individual with excellent communication and organisational skills and someone who can think calmly and clearly in a fast paced environment. They will have proven experience in a field department within market research and have demonstrated the ability to take responsibility, think logically & perform well under pressure.
