Executive PA - Spanish Speaker - City of London

A highly successful global business based in the City of London are looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Executive PA to join them supporting one of the senior Directors.

The ideal candidate will be professional, personable and outgoing. You will be comfortable liaising with employees and senior stakeholder at all levels and will have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be confident working within a large and at times demanding environment; any exposure to working within a FTSE 250 company would be advantageous, although not essential.

Key responsibilities of this Personal Assistant role will include:

Extensive diary management
Provide personal administration support to the Director
Coordination of meetings for the Director and senior management team; organising meetings and conferences when required
Collate and issue minutes and agendas for meetings
Book travel and accommodation
Filtering incoming calls and emails on behalf of the Director

To be suitable, you will have a strong PA or EA background and will have supported at Director level previously. You will be proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will be driven and motivated and will have the ability to juggle many tasks at once. You must also demonstrate resilience and be calm under pressure.

The salary on offer for this role is circa £50,000 - possibly a little more for the right candidate.
