Join a global market leading technology business as an Events Specialist, who wills support the Senior Events Manager in planning, developing and implementing predominantly external events -with a large focus on tradeshows - across the EMEA region, to help meet sales objectives.

In this Events coordinator role, you join a busy and high performing team where you will be taking events from conception to delivery, understanding the brief from the client (EMEA VP, Sales teams etc.). This will include everything from the size of a stand to the overall aims of the event, designing the event, encompassing messaging into a stand, at conferences or trade shows.

As a potential candidate, you will need to show understanding of how you get a corporate message across, what the aims are, how you get leads, sales etc. whilst also demonstrating awareness and understanding of ROI, being good at budgets - getting the most out of them, bringing creative solutions. As the role is such a busy and varied role, good project management skills are a must have and ideally you should come from a trade show background, with a thorough understanding of the planning and execution of them.

You will demonstrate strong analytical skills using project schedules and gathering data and reporting back on results such as leads, sales etc. to help measure ROI of each event.

Perhaps you have been in Events and are looking for the opportunity to progress to taking ownership of trade show events from conception to delivery? Are you someone with a strong work ethic, who is used to, or has the appetite, for working on back to back events and projects? If so, then taking on this opportunity in a market leading technology business, will lead to fantastic experience for an employer that offers great career and salary progression.

Due to the nature of the role, you can expect to travel on average one day a week across UK and Europe. The starting salary for the role is up to £34,000 and comes with a 5% bonus as well as further comprehensive benefits package.
