A very reputable and well established healthcare service are now seeking a HR professional with a high level of experience in employee relations, to provide maternity cover on an 11 month fixed term contract.

Working within a small Human Resources team and reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing top quality employee relations to Managers within the business across the different sites and advising Senior Managers at a strategic level with complex case work and advising on hearing panels.

To be considered for this role you must have;
-A driving license and your own transport as you may be required to travel to other sites.
-Chartered Membership of the CIPD or equivalent qualification
-Experience working within the NHS or another healthcare organisation
-Proven experience and working knowledge with employee relations and employment legislation.
-Knowledge working with Excel and Word
-Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with Managers at all levels
-Experience supporting the implementation of organisational change management

Although not essential, basic knowledge of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) would be considered highly advantageous.

This role offers the starting salary of up to £43,000 (DOE) + generous holiday entitlement starting at 27 days and up to 33 days if you have experience already within the NHS. In addition, the role provides the opportunity to work with flexible hours or the possibility of home working for the right candidate.
